Staffing Agency specializing in Healthcare has immediate need to fill a Part Time Bookkeeper position.
3 - 5 days a week. We are looking for a highly motivated person who is reliable, dependable, trustworthy, and a team player.
Position is for 15-30 hours per week. 3-5 day a week.
The first 3 months will be considered a trial, contract position. After that point, with mutual approval, the position will become permanent.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Accounts Payable/Receivable
Quickbooks
Payroll Management
Reconciling Accounts (bank accounts and credit cards)
Process customer charge-backs and refunds
Invoices
Customer Statements
Reports
Filing
Effectively communicate financial information and analysis to President of company
Provide customer service support
Experience Required:
3+ years bookkeeping and office administration experience
Prefer someone with a familiarity with Payroll (and commission reports)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
