I'm looking to convert a Google document to a Word file for offline editing. While I'd like the formatting to carry over as much as possible, minor differences are acceptable.

- The ideal candidate must be proficient in both Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure the text, layout and any hyperlinks remain intact when the document is converted.
- Experience with file conversions would be advantageous
