I'm in need of a bilingual English and Korean speaker who can translate the Manhwa 'I Will Fall with the Emperor' from Korean to English.

Key Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Korean with a strong grasp of English grammar.
- You must put a high priority on maintaining the original tone and style of the Manhwa in the translation, as this is vital for the project.
- While I'd like cultural notes or explanations for certain terms and phrases included in the translation, these should be kept to a minimum.

This project isn't time-sensitive and is more of a personal endeavor to share this Manhwa with my friends.

Ideal Skills:
