Project overview

Key Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary contact for emails, calls, and virtual meetings. Assist with projects, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct research and prepare actionable insights. Organize files, process expenses, and handle administrative tasks. Coordinate events, team meetings, and service provider communications. Requirements: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably remote. Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
