Email and Call Full-Time Sales Representative

Full-Time Sales Representative, 6 hours a day of paid time We are looking for a result-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We sell construction related consumables like masks, gloves, floor protection. Items that people use everyday.

A surface protection for construction, movie production, moving, and other industries. Working days are Monday through Friday 9.00am - 16.30pm EST.

Responsibilities

Response to all emails from the company marketing campaign.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Reach out to customer leads through emails and calls.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Cold-Calling to customers
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Excellent knowledge of Gmail.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), Ring Central, Shopify, and Google Drive, Doc, and Sheet.
Excellent selling, writing, and communication skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organization skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Be ready to receive a call anytime, including the off-hour.
