The project scope for small voltage reversal PCB
The requirement is the design of a circuit that will perform a voltage reversal when given a .5 second pulse of 5 vdc.  The output of the circuit is +5vdc for .5 seconds.  When a second pulse arrives the voltage on the output is reversed and a pulse of .5 second is output (-5vdc).
The process then just repeats. Current output should 900Ma.
