Woocomerce Logistics api integration

Hi we need to integrate this api http://developers.nocnocgroup.com/ in our woocommece  website

Noc Noc Its a courier shipping  service from China and we use them to ship products from China to Argentina
1) We need to calculate shipping charges and taxes according with the api and product information before checkout and be able to add that to the total price to pay. We also need the option to have free shippng becausse cost could be already included in product price. It should be a flag that when free shipping is indicated for that product no calculations are needed
2) ) when checkout is finished we need the the api to generates the order.
Also a pdf label is created. we need to see the label at the orders panel
3) Noc Noc system send notifications to customer email from time to time  we would like those notifications to be visible in the customer history (if its possible)
4) we would like that the customer  can see order status in frontend and admin to see in backend at the order screen
5) we need to be able to select one or many orders and print the pdf shipping  label one by one or all the selected orders
