Participate in the analysis, design, build, deployment and support of Dynamics 365 solutions 
Create custom solutions (plugins, custom workflows, custom web resources, etc.) 
Design, develop, test and implement external applications to interface with Dynamics 365 
Configure Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM environments for development, testing and production use
Work with the focal points and vendors for resolution of problems (functional issues, performance issues, etc) 
Follow the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes 
Produce and maintain technical documentation as required 
Perform other duties as required
