You'll typically focus on monthly Drupal maintenance updates for a variety of websites, while providing quality assurance support when needed.  There is a need for a strong attention to detail while you do quality assurance testing across many sites discovering and communicating both bugs and accessibility issues.  We provide maintenance packages to clients where you will perform command line updates to keep websites up to date for both security and functionality.




Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with the team at all times and continually refine, improve, and document our processes so we can always improve in the quality of our work, and client experience.

Project overview

Duties and responsibilities Manage website security updates Follow established systems to perform command line updates to websites built in WordPress and Drupal Install copies of websites on local computer for testing and updates Reports to Maintenance Lead, where all efforts will be reviewed and validated before deployment Follow well defined maintenance procedures, update and revise as necessary with support from Lead Report and track website features in task management software (Jira), appropriately identify or escalate issues as needed Conduct testing and record results in a clear manner supplemented with screenshots of bugs Accessibility testing of websites using manual and automated tools Perform cross browser and mobile device testing with BrowserStack and any available mobile devices Requirements Excellent verbal and written English Experience with Drupal Experience with Git Experience with Command Line tools Experience with Project management and issue tracking Software Proven track record of working in a professional business environment Detail oriented to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow Able to work independently within established guidelines Access to a reliable internet connection Advantages Experience with automated website testing Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures and/or business documentation Experience with Jira, Coda, Marker.io, Wave Accessibility, Rocket Validator, BrowserStack Access to various mobile and tablet devices for testing purposes Proficiency in other languages
