Docker Files for Laravel Application

I am looking for a developer who is familiar with Docker and is able to create a lightweight Docker configuration which supports Laravel. The Host-Computer runs Windows 10. All Docker related files should be stored in a "Docker" folder in my Laravel project root and contain server configuration files and the docker files:

Project Folder
- configs
--- httpd.conf
--- vhosts.conf
--- php.ini
--- my.ini
- Dockerfile
- docker-compose.yml


Containers:

- Web: Apache 2.4 / PHP 7.3
- Database: MySQL 5.7 (Data should be stored in a Volume) Port 3306 to 3307


Server Requirements:

- PHP 7.3
- OpenSSL PHP Extension
- pdo php extension
- mbstring php extension
- tokenizer php extension
- xml php extension
- ctype php extension
- json php extension
- bcmath php extension
