Digital Marketing Specialist – Ppc and Paid Social (Remote Contractor)

We are Mergen Digital, a remote-first growth marketing agency based in Canada, working with B2C and B2B clients globally. We’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist experienced in SEM (Google Ads Search or other platforms) and Paid Social (Meta or other platforms) with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.

This is a fully remote, ongoing contractor position offering significant growth potential, as you will work directly with the Managing Partner in a dynamic, fast-growing agency environment.

The main responsibilities will include:

Executing PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and others.
Conducting keyword and audience research, competitive analysis, and conversion tracking.
Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
Preparing detailed and actionable reports on campaign performance.
Contributing to overall strategy development to achieve client goals.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social campaign management.
Strong skills in campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Fluency in English is a must.
Knowledge of conversion tracking tools and methodologies is a bonus.
