General Requirements
● 3+ years of experience driving CI/CD for systems being deployed to cloud providers
● 3+ years of experience in a 24x7x365 SaaS/PaaS operation
● 2+ years of experience with virtualization and Docker containers
● 2+ years of experience with Kubernetes (cloud deployment highly desirable)
● Proficiency with scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, Python or equivalent)
AWS Requirements
Significant experience with the following:
EC2: ec2 instances, auto scaling groups, load balancers, reserved instances, spot instances, EBS & EFS
S3: encryption, lifecycle policies, security
IAM: policies, roles, best practices, security
Lambda: ​lambda development with Python, cost, security, serverless repository, X-Ray
VPC: subnets, flow logs, ACL, peering, endpoints, VPN, routes, Transit Gateway
CloudFront: distributions, caching, routing, behaviors
Route53: hosted zones, health checks, domains, traffic policies, endpoints
CloudFormation:​ templates, sub-templates, stacks, stack sets
ECS:​ ECS, ECR, EKS, Fargate
CloudWatch:​ Events, rules, alerts, logs, dashboards
Systems Manager: Documents, commands, automation, troubleshooting
Database: RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache
AWS Cost: cost optimization, billing and reporting, cost management

DevOps Requirements
Source Control and Processes: Jira, Git
Infrastructure: CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, Windows Server, HyperV, VMware
CI/CD: Jenkins, Helm, CircleCI, Bamboo Pipelines, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy
