We are looking for a developer or development team to create specialized software for controlling the fabric cutting room. The software should monitor the entire cutting process, from the preparation of cutting plans to the completion of batches, with the additional functionality of printing labels at the end for packages.
Main Features:
Cutting Flow Control:
Management of cutting orders.
Monitoring the status of each cutting order.
Real-time updates on cutting progress.
Cutting Plans Management:
Import of cutting plan files (formats .ads, .adsx).
Insertion and configuration of material types.
Automatic calculation of risks and optimization of layouts.
Visualization and manual adjustments of cutting plans.
Label Printing:
Configuration and management of label printers.
Printing of component labels (posprint) and packages.
Printer calibration and customization of label layouts.
Automatic generation and printing of labels at the end of the cutting process.
Technical Specifications:
Backoffice: Configuration of general parameters, log management, and automatic record deletion.
User Terminals: Access for machine operators, with configurable permissions.
Printers: Support for network printers for separation and package labels.
Hardware: Compatibility with Raspberry Pi configuration and touch screens for posprint terminals.
File Formats: Support for .amk, .amkx, xml, and iso extensions for cutting files.
Developer Requirements:
Proven experience in developing software for the textile industry or similar.
Knowledge in the configuration and management of label printers.
Ability to develop intuitive user interfaces for shop floor operators.
Expected Deliverables:
Functional software as specified.
Complete documentation of the software and source code.
User manual and training for operators.
Post-implementation support for adjustments and fixes.
