Experience managing a multidisciplinary team (client and server developers)
Proven ability to take designs and drive them through implementation, testing, release, and maintenance
Experience designing and delivering simple solutions to complex problems
Understanding business and technical requirements and constraints and the ability to bridge between them
Experience developing server-side solutions in C# (.NET Core) and SQL
Experience developing complex client-side applications in React
Experience with Redis and SignalR/WebSockets preferred
