Develop a Pwa app and a Portal Admin for a Market

We requiere to develop a small app (pwa) and a portal admin for the backend, with the following requirements:

user registration - with acceptance of t&c (terms and conditions), the user registration process starts at market's app/website and then redirect the flow to a third party platform to make the identity validation (capture of document id, capture of selfie, email and mobile code verification) and the returns
opening market's store with qr code. The app should generate a QR Code with dynamic data related to the user and market store building, then the user shows the QR Code to the Qr scanner at the entrance to open the door.
Accumulation of points - loyalty programm
communication channel - messaging
frequently asked questions (faq) section or inquiry section (how to register? how to open? how to pay?)
sending offers, genral info, etc. Via push notifications.
Show entrance record and statistics of store admissions.
Display completed purchases, date, amount, and product details.
Opt-in / Opt-out from martketing list, announcements list,  etc.

For this project we are going to use a purchased theme: Voxo – Multi-Purpose Responsive Ecommerce Nextjs/React Theme including PWA compatibility.

At this stage (mvp) all functionalities of the theme like products, cart, etc. Should be not enabled, those features are going to be enabled in the next stage.

This project has a deadline of 20-25 November to have the app running online and worst scenario 1st December (last deadline to be online)
