Develop a backend system for a Wp e-commerce site

I am creating a coffee subscription business using Wordpress and Woocommerce Subscription. I will like a backend system to be developed that can integrate with my website that can churn out reports of my subscribers.

There are 3 packages available that customers can subscribe to on a recurring basis:
- Choice of 6 bags, 18 bags or 30 bags subscription plan

At any point in time, there will be 6 types of coffee available from 3 regions (Asia, Africa, America), with 2 coffee from each Region. So we can name the 6 coffees as Asia-1, Asia-2, Africa-1, Africa-2, America-1, America-2.
Subscribers can modify the following variables to their subscription:
- Delivery interval  (Choice of weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
- Coffee type (Choice of receiving coffee from only 1 Region, 2 Regions or 3 Regions)

All orders are consolidated on midnight every Friday, roasted and packed on the same Sunday, and delivered on Monday.


So for example, if a customer signs up for a 6 bags package (with fortnightly delivery, and choice of 2 Regions of Africa and America), the following coffees will be delivered every 2 weeks:
- Africa-1
- America-1
- Africa-2
- America-2
- Africa-1
- America-1

Subscribers may also initiate a short break to their subscription if they are going away for vacation (for example).

I will require a backend system that can churn out report every Friday midnight of the amount of each 6 coffees that I will need to roast on Sunday.
