Design of website to schedule medical appointments - Web Front-End Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Web Front-End Full Stack Engineer (Node.Js, python, HTML, Javascript, CSS, etc.) To develop a simple website that allows our patients to schedule medical appointments trough a simple and user-friendly Interface, available for both PC and mobile platforms (responsive). The requirement in detail is as follows: A patient should be able to sign-in (already registered) and/or register (new user) on the website and schedule the appointment with the healthcare professional according to their availability, receiving as confirmation by email, WhatsApp message and/or SMS. In addition, the patient should be able to confirm or cancel the appointment through the afore-mentioned means of communication (website, WhatsApp message, or SMS). All actions must be registered in a log file, and also the information of our patients should be store in a relational Database (MySQL or PostgreSQL). The project should be deployed in Linux. The simpler the design of the platform the better.
