The website must assist all secondary school learners with answers to all questions they search and access the material after subscription

Project overview

I need a webdeveloper to create a answers/solution website, where when student posts on internet then the question will appear with our website and after the student subcribes they will be able to have access to the question solution. A website such working similar to homeworklib or chegg. Its must be made for South African secondary school learner to assist them with all their curriculum question with ready solutions. Answers must only be seen by subscribers but the questions must be seen by any student pasting same questions on internet.
