Design of Search Page for a Wix Website

We need to develope a search page within our website which is based on Wix. The search page should gather data from a fixed excel sheet with 2-3 collumns and a few thousand of lines.

The search must be a conditional one - if the first set of data input by the user is found on the first collumn, then the second data input must also be searched within the second collumn.

Further instructions and demonstration of the tool can be found within the attached spreadsheet.

Project overview

The idea is that a possible client/customer inserts its own data on the page to look if they are eligible for some fiscal benefits. The criteria for eligibility is that the data input by the user/client/customer is found within the data from the excel sheets.
