1. Monitor and supervise our sub account .

2.Branches can take order by online order system.

3.According to the order list, automatically generated order checklist .pdf file.

4.After obtaining the orderlist, the store department of the headquarters will need to check whether the order quantity is reasonable according to the list.

5.After checking and confirming the order, the system will send the order list to the supplier.

6.At the same time, the system will automatically generate a JiaYi invoice and send it to the finance department of the remaining branches.

7. When receiving goods, employees need to check whether the Order List and the do of hkr match. If not, they can fill in the missing goods in the system.

8. The financial department only needs to make sure that the Order List on the system matches the HKR invoice, which means it is correct.
