Design development for application nexus 7

I need the chart to application development work on nexus 7. Should be integrated with the code we are developing.

The first screen will be waiting to read from a card
The second screen displays the contents of the card, on the same screen an icon that says take a picture

The third screen will display the contents of the card over the photo.

Then a fourth screen will tell you to accept or not accept the information.

Finally a screen that says "thank you for registering your details"
