I need a website or web program that can be used by a native Spanish-speaking student to learn and practice English verbs. The design and feel of the website or web program will allow the student to easily navigate from learning to practicing.

In the learning pages, there may be GIFs or short videos to help understand difficult or dense topics.

In the practice pages, there will always be present explanations, tables, Spanish translations, and Spanish comparisons from the learning pages. The most interactive aspect will be the ability to get feedback for wrong answers, to include access to tables and explanations without having to leave the page.

Stage 1 of project will be design.

Project overview

The program will be straightforward - master English verbs. However, the information needed to overcome common obstacles in learning English verbs is complex, and providing intuitive access to this information is my objective. I already have specific concepts mapped out. I know what I want and I know how to explain what I need. I estimate that the design element of the project will take several weeks and perhaps months to construct a blueprint that will be then used to create the program or interactive webpage.
