Design an e book front cover

I need a graphic design creating for the cover of the e-book version of my novel. It is a book about espionage, flying, government conspiracies and a chase across 3 continents. The book is called The Silent Approach and my idea for the front cover is to be predominantly medium level clouds with the nose section and the front of one wing of a US Navy F18 Hornet fast jet appearing at a slight angle out of the cloud in the top left hand corner of the page.
