Design a 4 page React web application

We, a growing stage A.I healthtech startup, are looking for an experienced react dev for a web app migration from Vanilla JS & JQuery into React.

Your are expected to:
Create a simple 4 pages application (sign in, simple dashboard, profile, and a custom annotation page, see below) using react components.
Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture, we will provide the API endpoints to support it (you need to handle the auth process)
Choose a modern UI framework(material, bootstrap)

You will be provided with:
We will provide more information/live-example regarding the annotation page for relevant candidates.
Access to our current existing platform
Page mockups if needed(basic guidance: Balsamiq style)

As mentioned above this project is relatively small, but we are looking into expanding this project interaction with other parts in our company,    as a result, we are looking for a developer that is open for a more stable business relationship
