"Cloud Humans will connect companies non-core - but essential - operations (like Sales, Customer Support and Back office) with on-demand independent contractors (gigsters), guaranteeing quality via a managed marketplace.

Within the goal of solving two big problems, we align incentives by building a managed Saas enabled marketplace. For companies, inspired by AWS, we've built our own ""Human API"", meaning that we provide a plug-and-play solution where companies can outsource painfull operations and get access to on-demand reliable talent through a ""pay-as-you-go"" model. Our initial go-to-market focus on inside sales operations, aiming to help companies which traditionally deals with in-person sales forces moving full online.
For ""Pros"" (how we call our community of professionals) we unbundle work. Cloud Humans offer a very competitive, multi-company work from home and upskilling opportunity solving the problems of: commuting to work, unemployment and low level earnings in Latin America. Thus, pros capture value and therefore we can guarantee the quality."
