We are looking to create a website very similar to loopnet.com for internal use at our company.

In Short:
We are a real estate marketing company that finds apartment complexes for our customers. We would like to create an internal web application were our agents can view available housing options (with custom internal fields) and easily get marketing material to show our clients.
