Deploy cordova App to Iphone

Hi,

I develop and cordova APP and I manage to generate de APK file and deploy to an android phone.

I would like to receive details instructions on how do the same to an IPHONE. The instruction could be in English or Portuguese.

What I've done so far?
I`m working on MACOS.
I execute the following command lines for the android APP.
Cordova android build --release

For the iPhone I executed this:
cordova ios build --release and I MyApp.app and MyApp.app.dSYM file was generated.

So after that what is the steps to deploy to iphone?

Some other information:
I`m an android user and new to mac os.
I tried to connect an iphone to my mac and it starts syncing on the iTunes, but I don`t want to sync, I just want to deploy a APP for test.
