Data visualisation expert needed

Hi,
I am working on a handbook about characteristics of hunters in Serbia. This is a result of a scientific project which has to be publicly disseminated. The handbook will be prepared in MS Word, likely in A6 format (106x148 cm) or similar.
It will have approximately 20 pages with 25-30 results which will be presented in form of a text, figures, graphs and tables. For that purpose, I need a data visualization expert who has experience with this kind of work and can suggest the best visual presentation of data in the handbook. I expect this person to be:
-    innovative,
-    skilled in presenting scientific data to non-scientific readers
-    experienced in research communication
-    cooperative
-    fluent preferably in Serbian or in English
If you are interested, please send me your suggestion how you would visualize data from Table 1 and Table 2 (see attachment); how long it would take you for the whole work and how much money you ask for it (please use EUR if possible).
