We currently seek a Part-time/full-time Work from home Data Entry / Administrative Clerk. You will be working directly with our sales and service teams remotely while gaining a lot of exposure into different areas of the company. The ideal candidate will possess data entry skills and has a can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively perform data entry and verification of data
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems;
Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistake;
Verify data by comparing it to source documents;
Update existing data in a timely manner;
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested;
Scan, file, and organize documents as needed;
Produce and collate photocopies as needed;
Ensure regularly scheduled duty maintenance and schedules
Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)
Ability to multi-task
Must be a quick learner
Able to work independently
Good typing skills
