This short-term, temporary position will include roughly 20-25 hours of work. This person will be responsible for transferring data from PDF documents into an Excel sheet template. This data will include the highly detailed transfer of book chapters and a large number of accompanying questions for an upcoming SCCT project.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Type in data from PDF documents into Excel sheet template.
• Assign data to the correct fields, including pictures following our established naming convention.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Adjust & reassign data fields as requested
Qualifications
• Basic understanding of databases
• Data entry experience (Ability to accurately and efficiently process data in high volumes)
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools, spreadsheets, & PDF applications (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat etc…)
• Detail oriented
• Capable of managing deadline-driven tasks
