Data Engineering/ mining project using python , sql and power Bi

I want a good data scientist who can join Powerbi and rest like api through sql server . Also he/she should manage the data as per my need (plz note now this project is half done as one of freelancer took this porject but gave me half done project and charged full . now i have one py script where data coming to SQL(one FUT data is not coming ) but i am not able to take data from SQL to powerBI successfully/completely as data manipulation not done by him) so need to work in sql (like dynamic pivot table needed)where data mining /engineering /manipulation need to be done as per requirements

so my requirements are --
1 connect API to SQL through "direct query " (its done/ complete)
2 take Live n historical data in power BI from SQL with the help of query folding(its half done as i am unable to use slicers in power BI)
3 cleaning , transforming n visualization of data in power BI
4 make arrangements so that data can be saved in laptop in the end of day

NOTE- i will give u all files which Mr V gave me as half done project
