Looking for freelance programmers to quote me rates for designing Dashboard Reporting templates using Tableau.  Tableau dashboards are to:
- automatically adapt the overall dimensions of a visualization based on screen size.
- Allow for viewing on different device types (i.e. Mobile, laptop, etc)
- enable Web view security options
-proper setup so that users can upload .twbx workbooks to view via Tableau Reader
-enable filtering options to allow users' own specifications to view the data
