D-Cart Machine

This project is for a music player that resembles a cart machine from radio stations in the 70's and 80's. It plays one file per time and has 3 buttons: start, stop & cue (open file dialog window). It's a little bit more detailed than this, but the basics are described. I will provide all the images necessary to develop the project. Will add a small plan here, the detailed project will be given to whom will develop this. A friend of mine says the better language to develop this is flutter, but is something not totally decided.
