I have a wordpress site using templatic - directory theme. I need to customize an intake form. IF you have experience with templatic (directory) please let me know.


The project will include creating a child theme with CSS to make the price table look good.

Estimated time: 4-6 hours maximum. 

It is a complex theme and I will not pay for you to learn the theme. It could take a few hours to figure out the theme.
