This massive project, supporting a very popular music streaming service, is growing AGAIN and looking for music-lovers that want to join our label. This project requires email and chat customer support in both Spanish and English language.

Hours:
7 pm - 3 am (hours available in different shifts)

Paid Orientation and Nesting period combined: to be determined (8-9 weeks, full time availability required)

Production Commitment:
25 hours per week (weekend and holiday availability required)

Qualified applicants will need to go through the language assessment process in Spanish and English for adequate proficiency.

Project overview

What We Are Looking For: Ability to quickly identify any and all issues the customer may have. Ability to maintain high engagement with both the project and customers. Someone who wants to help the customer, not just move to the next one. Customer support professionals who are well versed in written customer support communication (chat and/or email) Professional/business level proficiency in Spanish and English languages Workspace Requirements: Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above (Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.)
