Compensation
Part-Time: $3,000/month (Negotiable)
Full-Time: $4,000/month (Negotiable)

Role Overview
As a Customer Support Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients with their accounts while representing our company in customer and technical meetings.
You’ll collaborate remotely with team members and provide daily reports on your work.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with their accounts and addressing their concerns.
Participating in customer and technical meetings on behalf of our company.
Providing constructive feedback to the team and supporting collaborative efforts.
Tackling day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Passing interviews with customers or clients, including coding challenges when necessary.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
A U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Native Speaker Only).
Passionate about learning new skills and growing with our company.
Experienced with IT industry concepts; knowledge of Anydesk is a plus.
Formerly worked as an IT developer (preferred but not mandatory).
Sharp, a fast learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
Equipped with strong oral and written communication skills.
Skilled in passing customer interviews, including technical challenges.
Required to submit a selfie with their resume.
