Customer Support for a marketplace
Job description:
- Managing cancellations and processing refunds in the system.
- Troubleshooting technical problems, such as login or payment issues.
- Responding to customer inquiries (e.g. Questions about commission level, bookings, insurance, taxes, payments).
- Onboarding new users and ensuring their profiles are live.
- Dealing with customer complaints and mediating in disputes (e.g. If an user is not satisfied with the service provider or if a service was faulty during execution).
- Being available on the phone emergency hotline at specific times (emergencies only)
- Providing feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

We are a marketplace in expansion and we are searching for someone who can help in the customer service department during weekends (1h-2h) and 1h on weekdays (we are flexible regarding the number of weekdays).
We search for someone long-term.

Languages: español o inglés. Plus Dutch.
