We’re looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant based in Latin America, Mexico, the Caribbean, or anywhere close to the U.S. Time zone—preferably EST or a nearby time zone—to join our team on a long-term, part-time basis. You will reply to email customer inquiries under the supervision of our manager.

You will be joining a small, growing company with a flexible, relaxed working environment, and we hope you will stay with us long-term.
