We are looking for a proactive and dedicated professional to fill the position of Customer Service Representative in our company (marketing and solutions). The selected candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments through calls or messages with the leads who contact us and providing follow-up, ensuring quality service and a positive experience for our customers.
Notesour crm system is fully automated, including features such as email, sms, among others. We will provide a script for phone and message interactions. The role of the customer service representative is focused on establishing a personalized connection with customers.
