We are an IT school by Mentorpiece (https://mentorpiece.education/qa-course/): mentors with 10-20+ years of it experience, who are obsessed with quality and creating the best generation of it professionals. We mostly specialize in quality assurance (QA).

- Because we take a professional, not a commercial approach to education: the student's interests come ahead of the school's commercial interests, students are enrolled only after a successful interview, and the school's KPI is the number of successful careers of its graduates.
- Because we truly give students quality (at most 15 people in a group, a two-month internship on a real business project, a high percentage of students find employment even before graduation)
We are now expanding once again, including internationally. Accordingly, now we are looking for a customer service specialist.
Who we want to see in our team:
- You get pleasure from communicating with people and helping them;
- You are friendly and considerate by nature: it is really important as you will be the first point of contact for our clients;
- You are highly responsible and easily to rely on;
- You have great both written and spoken communication skills;
- Your English is B2 or higher;
- You are ready to be always in touch and leave your computer or laptop for not more than 5 minutes during working hours;
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The main responsibility is to communicate with our enrollees and students (using our CRM-system: mainly via messages, sometimes via calls), i.e.:
- Providing quick, full and clear answers to incoming questions about the school/course, etc. (Using the script);
- receiving applications for consultations with a mentor from enrollees and creating a schedule for these meetings;
- keeping in touch with the team reporting about your daily outcomes
The position involves remote work, but without the possibility of any combination - the activity is very dynamic. Candidates for this role must be available between 12 p.m. And 10 p.m. Est (utc-5)
monday-sunday to be considered for this position.

REQUIREMENTS
• Nationality - any.
• Location - any (suitable for the working hours terms).
• Excellent communication skills.
• СOnfident computer user.
• Written and spoken English not lower than Upper Intermediate.
• Internet Download Speed: 5Mbps. Internet Upload Speed: 2Mps.
TERMS
• Remote work from anywhere in the world between 12 p.m. And 10 p.m. Est (utc-5)
• job type: full time 6/1 with a sunday off
• salary: is divided into 3 terms according to the load. First ~2-3 months you’re likely to get 1-2 messages a day, as this direction is only starting to develop. It’s just a dream job really! The rate for this period is $200 a month. After the number of new applications from customers rises up to 10 (dialogues) per day or the number of, the rate rises up to $400 a month. Finally, when the number of dialogues becomes more than 10 per day, the salary becomes full: $600/a month.
