Seeking a friendly, outgoing, confident sales/customer service rep for two work shifts:
A) Daily shift, sometime between 9am est to 8 pm est, min 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
B) weekend times, every week, Friday and Saturday, Sunday (optional) around 9 am est to 8 pm est (don't have to do all hours on any of the days).
We are
scootersnchairs.com, selling mobility scooters and power wheelchairs to the elderly and disabled, strictly within the USA.
You won't need to do cold calling - all leads are hot or incoming calls/chats.
You can be as young or old as you are (so long as you are adepts with computers and programs such as live chat software). We do however need someone that was born, raised and currently lives in the USA or Canada, simply because we need them to resonate very deeply with our customers. Please don't apply if you don't check all 3.
You are a good match for the job if you are:
Able to converse well with elderly people, friendly, patient, kind
Persuasive and able to close sales
A quick learner (learn about our products and offerings), attentive to detail
A good problem solver, able to work independently
Able to work long hours without distractions or background noises
Fast, very stable internet
We won't force anyone to work, we want you to love the job and take calls on your own and earn some money!
