Responsibilities:
- Take all incoming calls, identify the need of the customer, and collect personal information. Provide the best solution and pass the information to the manager.
- Be ready to provide accurate, valid and complete information that customers may need at the moment.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Be open and friendly while communicating with customers.
- Work shift is 4h + (Will be discussed during the interview; Let us know what your availability is.)
- We offer % from each generated sale after your communication with a potential client.
