We are looking for a professional and proactive Customer Service Assistant to handle customer inquiries and requests for our online store. The primary goal is to provide an exceptional customer service experience while maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails regarding orders, shipping, returns, and general inquiries.
Effectively resolve issues by providing clear answers and appropriate solutions.
Keep track of customer requests and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Use customer support tools (e.g., Gmail, Zendesk, or similar platforms).
Personalize responses for each customer while maintaining a tone consistent with our brand.
Collaborate closely with the team to report recurring issues and suggest potential improvements.
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
Excellent writing and grammar skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) And customer support tools.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Availability to work flexible hours (experience managing international time zones is a plus).
