We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to help us launch our dynamic team. This role will help us with customer sales, preparing quotes, analyzing data, generating reports, and overseeing customer setup processes.

Project overview

Key roles: Act as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers in a timely manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Quotes & Order Management: Prepare and process customer quotes and follow up to convert them into orders. Track orders from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, procurement) to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Customer Account Setup: Onboard new customers by setting up accounts in our internal systems. Ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM. Resolve any customer issues or discrepancies related to account setup. Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct sales analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve sales processes. Collaboration & Support: Work closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs and drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions. Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, and reporting.
