We are a tech startup based in San Francisco, CA. We raised $30m from some of the best VCs in the world (Felicis, BGV, Alven), have revenue, and amazing customers. We’re growing our customer success team and opening a customer operations position in Latin America.

This is an exceptional opportunity for folks who want to:

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be in charge of:
1. Collecting a variety of information on our customers to make sure we provide them with the best experience.
2. Automate the process of collecting and compiling this information
You do not need prior experience in Customer Operations as we will provide the necessary training.

You will love this experience if:
- you are naturally driven
- you love to learn new things
- you are great at communicating and working remotely
- you are a kind human being

We gets 100s of applicants on our job openings, but many of those applications are not serious.
To make sure we give the applicants who care a great experience, we ask you to share a small work sample as part of your application. It is simply a few tasks to do. It usually takes 30 to 60 minutes. It should be fun if you like this type of work.

The other upside:
- you don’t need to waste time on making a pretty resume and cover letter
- we guarantee that we will get back to you with an interview or an answer if you have shared the work sample.
