We are looking for enthusiastic, highly organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistants to act as CSR's!

By joining our growing business, you will have the opportunity to work with an awesome team, providing top-notch customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, file management, email management, and scheduling appointments
- Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Be tech-savvy and have the ability to learn and use new tools and systems
- Knowledge or past use of CRMs is a plus
- Experience in social media is a big plus
- Experience in the Home Service Industry is definitely a plus

Requirements:

- Proven experience in customer service/virtual assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
