Cross modular assignment based on a leadership course that i have recently completed

I have to firstly complete a literature review. I have brought all the information together however I just cannot seem to pull it together. I will then need to use this lit review to build on the assignment.
Within the lite review looking at Change in this health care setting with the establishment of a new service. Using the Kaleidoscope model to see how this change can be brought about setting up this service. Looking at the work of Donald Sull in regards to working within the box to get the best results.
Then going on to look at the individuals in the organization and what are their motivations which will in turn have an impact on the success of the service Also bringing in Maslow's Needs Hierarchy and Herzberg's Motivator hygiene theory. Then went on to look at group formation. They taking into account stakeholder's input into the success of the service.
I was thinking should I bring in something then relating to the culture of the service. Then going forward there are talks of extending this service to a further unit. So looking at what the competencies should be for the staff in setting up this service and taking the learning from what is already in place.

Requiring assistance with pulling these ideas together in the literature review initially.
