We’re seeking a Creative Strategist who is laser-focused on creating high-converting, impactful ads. Your mission is simple: to develop and launch ads that perform exceptionally well and drive significant revenue growth. You will be responsible for ad concept creation, ad development, and performance analysis to continually optimize for success. Key Responsibilities
Ad Concept Creation: Develop unique and compelling ad concepts that are designed to grab attention and convert, with a deep understanding of the target audience and platform-specific strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).

Market Research: Perform thorough market and competitor research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and ad strategies that can be leveraged for high-performance campaigns.

Ad Development & Production: Collaborate closely with content creators and our video editor to bring your ad concepts to life, ensuring that all elements (visuals, copy, format) work together for maximum impact.

Copywriting: Write sharp, persuasive ad copy and scripts that align with the brand voice and are engineered for conversions.

Ad Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (ctr, roas, cpa) to identify opportunities for optimization. Make data-driven decisions to tweak, scale, or pivot ad strategies to maximize performance.

Strategic Campaign Execution: Plan and execute advertising campaigns that are aligned with business goals, using a strategic approach to drive clicks, conversions, and revenue growth.

Qualifications
Proven Experience: You must have experience creating and launching winning ad campaigns with measurable success on platforms like Facebook, Google, or TikTok.

Creative & Analytical: Strong creative vision combined with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Copywriting Skills: Exceptional copywriting skills with a focus on direct-response copy that drives action.

Market Research Expertise: Ability to perform detailed market research to inform ad strategy and identify opportunities in the market.

Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with video editors, designers, and content creators to ensure all aspects of the ad align for optimal performance.
