Hey! So, I am looking to create an online platform; phone app and a website to work coherently with each other to produce a smooth, easy to use educational platform. The app will need to have the ability to change between English, and Chinese for the moment with the ability to add more languages as needed at a later date. I am planning to create something along the lines of "vip kids" which is an online english teaching website that connects teachers with students from around the world to have a class in english.
I would like to do something similar however use different content, of which i will design, different layout and a few other changes.  The price is negotiable.
This project is currently at its first stages, so there isn't a rush on the time frame of the project at the moment. Let me know if you can help!
