I'm looking for a developer to build a directory website in Laravel.

The site will allow users to submit listings for free or/and upgrade to a paid the listing and include the basic features that Listingprowp (at listingprowp.com) has. Please use that as a reference. It will also allow store owners to display deals on their page and on a separate page when they upgrade to a paid listing.
